How to modify a Power Point Show (.pps)
1. Be sure to have your view so you can see all extension types. (In Windows Explorer, Tools > Folder Options > View tab and unchecck the “Hide extensions for known file types” ) 2. Just rename the files w/a .ppt extension. i.e. meetingshow.pps -> meetingshow.ppt 3. Now you can make changes and edits to the show.
